Big Hair!

Lily loves getting new hairdos! She also loves her "big hair" which she gets every time we take out an old hairdo! We have to comb it all out before re-braiding her hair. It usually takes about 25 minutes just to comb it out!

Dear Children

We pray earnestly to the Lord for you,
That you would soon be ours.
But He has chosen you should stay

Life

“What is life,”
the child asks.

“My child, look at the ants on the ground, see how fast they move?
Look at the clouds above your head.
Look at the flower as it unfolds its petals.
Do you feel the warm sun on your face?
Why does the puppy wiggle and squirm in your arms?
What happens when your feet pound on the pavement as you run to catch a ball?
Look how the birds open their mouths for food.
Did you hear the cricket chirp?
Look how the baby wraps it’s fingers around your thumb.
These things my child are the signs of life.
Life is to be born, eat, play, and sing.
But most of all-Life is to know the Life.
Life is to know God who is the giver of all life.”
